Hi, I’m Katherine. I am a photographer based in Indianapolis.
Life is an incredible rollercoaster of emotions, milestones, and adventures and I developed my style to capture and document just that. For me, photography is about capturing individuals and the world they live in beautifully and honestly, and also about documenting moments and adventures as they were. My goal is to create real, honest, timeless photographs that can be loved by generations. As a queer woman, I seek to document, celebrate, and serve folx of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and racial identities.
In recent years, I moved more into shooting with film and now use a mixture of formats to create images that feel warm, intimate, and real. I have generally moved towards passion projects and travel photography with my spouse though still capture friends and family milestones. I have seen the importance of photographs as a way to remember a life well lived. I am forever humbled and grateful to have opportunity to document important moments and milestones.
